Job Title: Business Development Executive Medical Clinic & Ambulance Leasing
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth for our medical clinic services and ambulance leasing operations. The role focuses on securing contracts with oil & gas companies, construction firms, and corporate clients, while also increasing patient footfall and partnerships for the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil & gas and construction sectors for ambulance leasing services
- Promote clinic services to corporate clients, insurance companies, and individual patients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and project managers
- Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and medical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular sales reports to management
- Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client visits
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in healthcare, medical services, or medical manpower/Ambulance services)
- Strong network within oil & gas and construction industries in the UAE is highly preferred
- Knowledge of ambulance services, clinic operations, or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
