Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will drive new business growth in the Qatar market by promoting a comprehensive portfolio of Cloud Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, IT Recruitment & Staff Augmentation, and Enterprise Applications. The role requires strong local market knowledge, established customer relationships, and the ability to position technology solutions to enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business for Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) and Cybersecurity offerings (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, CyberArk, Elastic Security).

• Promote Microsoft technology stack including M365, Dynamics 365 ERP, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI, as well as Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Generate opportunities for IT Recruitment and Staff Augmentation services with enterprise, mid-market, and government clients.

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, requirement understanding, proposal submission, negotiation, and closures.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, distributors, and partners in Qatar.

• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and HR/recruitment teams to ensure accurate solutioning, timely proposals, and efficient onboarding of resources.

• Build strong market intelligence around competitors, pricing, technology trends, and procurement cycles.

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related domain.

• Preferred: Certifications in cloud or cybersecurity sales (AWS, Azure, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.)
