About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our interior design and turnkey fit-out division in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales expertise, industry exposure, and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects
- Meet clients to understand their requirements and present customized fit-out solutions
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate closely with design and project teams for successful project delivery
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (Interior Fit-Out / Interior Design preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and client network
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- Open to Male and Female candidates
Salary & Benefits
- AED 3,500 – AED 10,000 per month (depending on experience)
