Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time
Design De Lujo Fit-Out is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, and Decoration Works, along with an established network within the UAE construction and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for Interior Fit-Out, Joinery & Decoration projects
- Identify and secure qualified leads from developers, consultants, contractors, real estate companies, and private clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and project decision-makers
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and business development activities
- Source and monitor upcoming projects and tender opportunities
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and technical teams to prepare competitive proposals and quotations
- Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Decoration, or a related construction industry
- Established network and strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, real estate companies, and project decision-makers
- Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Proven track record in business development and project acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and confident in client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction and fit-out market
- Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities

Experience in securing projects across:
- Luxury Villas & Residential Projects
- Commercial & Office Fit-Out
- Hospitality Projects
- Retail & F&B
- Joinery & Custom Furniture
- Decoration & Renovation Works
