We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This is a fresher-friendly role, best suited for female candidates under husband visa who want to develop their career in client relations and business communication.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Telecalling: ● Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships ● Address customer inquiries and provide service information ● Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
Problem Solving & Support: ● Assist clients in resolving basic issues and concerns ● Work closely with the sales & operations team to ensure customer needs are met ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions & follow-ups
Relationship Management & Growth: ● Keep track of client engagement and retention efforts ● Encourage repeat business by offering service recommendations ● Meet and exceed customer service KPIs
Optional (For Interested Candidates): ● Visit clients to strengthen relationships and enhance service quality
