Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in the UAE Facility Management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, expanding the client base, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector
- Conduct market visits, networking activities, and client meetings to generate leads
- Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and project execution
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven UAE experience in Facility Management business development
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
