Business Development Executive (FM Industry) Jobs in Dubai at Affordable Plus
Responsibilities:
· Coordinates with both Import/Export Staff to ensure timely clearances and delivery of import shipment and assign staff for exports received from exhibitions/Sales/ Warehouse/Airlink removals /Agent & walk in requests.
· Independent and timely response to Emails & Calls – Customer satisfaction / Review
· Monitoring of Exhibition shipments import/export – Meeting delivery deadlines.
· Pickup management for Cargo Village – Record keeping. Warehouse management Upkeep / Safety as a best practice – Cargo record keeping
· Labor management assigning the Job. – Accompany drivers for timely deliveries/exports· Obtain various Government approvals – Required for import/export shipments
· Maintenance off Staff records. – Record keeping· Irregularity reports – IRP report.
· Obtain Airfreight quotes from various airlines. – Compare rates to get the cheapest rate with timely routing of cargo
Qualifications: · bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
· Previous experience in air freight operations, with a demonstrated understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
· Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and analyzing data.
