Business Development Executive – Event Services Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at NIRVANA MICE
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for event services.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with government, semi‑government, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and visits.
- Generate qualified sales leads; maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Monitor government procurement portals and tender platforms; identify suitable tenders and RFP opportunities.
- Coordinate tender submissions with internal departments; prepare commercial proposals and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids.
- Promote the company’s services including exhibition stand design and build, conferences, corporate events, government events, product launches, activations, roadshows, event branding, event production, venue management, registration services, and event logistics.
- Follow up on leads and proposals; maintain CRM records.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure excellent client service.
- Work closely with the Creative Designer to develop concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate with Operations on project feasibility; support Finance on quotations and contracts.
- Coordinate with Procurement when required; support project handover after award.
- Have a strong understanding of UAE government procurement processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with government and semi‑government entities is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business and prepare proposals and tender responses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a strong advantage. - Highly motivated, target‑driven, relationship‑focused professional.
- Self‑starter, proactive, confident presenter.
- Strong negotiator, organized, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Team player.
