A leading provider of award-winning legal software and dispute resolution solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Hearings team in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai). Trusted by top law firms worldwide, this company transforms how legal teams collaborate, eliminating inefficiencies and enabling seamless, secure dispute resolution proceedings.

Role Overview

The Hearings Business Development team is responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Acting as the first point of contact for new Hearings instructions, the team liaises with clients from the initial enquiry through to signature, after which cases are handed over to operational teams. Client meetings and software demonstrations form a core part of the role. While focused on the MENA region, this role will also support opportunities across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on the advantages of using the Hearings solution and its value proposition.
  • Support regional initiatives including conferences, events, and campaign development.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and convert leads into opportunities using a consultative approach.
  • Nurture client relationships and drive customer success and account management initiatives.
  • Conduct regular client contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Deliver engaging software demos, showcasing a detailed understanding of technology and its applicability to clients’ needs.
  • Prepare tailored proposals reflecting client requirements.
  • Provide on-site representation at hearings in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Business Development team and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.

  • Customer-focused, with an interest in the legal sector and networking opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or professional services role, ideally in the legal sector, is desirable but not essential.
