Position: Business Development Executive – Corporate Travel Solutions
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales of airline tickets and comprehensive travel solutions to corporate clients in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have aproven track recordin managing large corporate accounts, building strong client relationships, and achievingsales targetsin the travel industry. This role requires deep familiarity with the Qatari corporate travel market and exceptional negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and manage key corporate accounts requiring travel solutions.
Promote and sell airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services to corporate clients.
Develop customized travel solutions to meet the specific needs of large accounts.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and travel managers within client organizations.
Serve as a trusted advisor for corporate clients, ensuring smoothcommunicationand addressing travel-related concerns.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the Qatari market.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the corporate client base.
Leverage local knowledge to position the company as a preferred travel partner for businesses in Qatar.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel bookings and service delivery.
Negotiate with airlines and other suppliers to provide competitive rates and value-added services.
Maintainup-to-dateknowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations relevant to the region.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterlysales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor corporate spending patterns to identifyupselling opportunities.
Experience Requirement
Proven experience in selling travel solutions and airline tickets to corporate clients in Qatar.
Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and meeting revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the Qatari corporate travel market, including client expectations and local industry dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skillsfor building lasting client relationships.
A bachelor’s degree in business, travel management, or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel sales in Qatar.
A strong network of corporate contacts within the Qatar market.
Previous track record of achievingsales targetsin a competitive travel environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliverclient satisfaction.
