Business Development Executive; Construction Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Engineering Unit General Contracting
Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Construction Experience)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction infrastructure and commercial sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors developers and government entities
- Generate leads through networking market research referrals and industry events
- Prepare and present company profiles proposals quotations and business presentations
- Coordinate with estimation engineering procurement and project teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals
- Monitor tender opportunities and support the bidding process
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract finalization
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends competitors and emerging opportunities
- Maintain an updated CRM database of clients prospects and business activities
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and business development updates for management
- Represent the company at exhibitions conferences and networking events
Qualifications and
Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering processes, and project life cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
