Business Development Executive – Cable Tray Systems Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Bonn Metal Construction Industries

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Steel Industry) who will conduct sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. He/ She will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing

hands-on

explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.

Candidates work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Responsibilities:

Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers

Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily

Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

Understand customer needs and requirements

Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts

Close sales and achieve monthly targets

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses

Generate required daily, weekly and monthly reports as required

Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers

Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in UAEAttend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients

Communicate with accounting department on any updated client/vendor information

Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for

company growth

Attend sales meetings

Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Successful previous experience as a sales representative from Steel Industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and

industry expertise

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Skills:

Must be willing to drive and be on the road 75 percent of the time

Some computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years’ experience in related field required

Driving License Must be able to read and speak the English and Hindi language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond
