Business Development Executive – Business Formation & Setup Jobs in Dubai at Blue Hat HR Services

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new memberships, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the gym’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales: Drive new member sign-ups through consultations, facility tours, and promotional campaigns.

Lead Generation: Identify and follow up with potential clients through referrals, social media, walk-ins, and outbound calls.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing members, understanding their fitness goals and offering tailored solutions.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Marketing Support: Assist in executing local marketing activities, such as open-house events, corporate tie-ups, and promotions.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the gym’s CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with personal trainers and gym staff to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
