We are seeking a highly connected, results-driven Business Development Executive with 6 to 8 years of proven experience in the UAE architecture, interior design, or construction consultancy sector to spearhead our commercial growth.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the commercial face of HAOarchitect. Your primary focus will be to unlock new B2B project opportunities, secure design consultancies, and build long-term relationships with developers, project management companies (PMCs), corporate clients, and government entities across Dubai and the wider GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and secure new architectural, structural engineering, and MEP design consultancy contracts across Dubai.
  • B2B Networking: Leverage your existing network of developers, real estate investment firms, corporate asset managers, and main contractors to position HAOarchitect for upcoming tenders.
  • Lead Tracking & CRM: Establish and manage a rigorous sales pipeline, systematically tracking project leads from initial contact through to contract signing.
  • Proposal & RFP Management: Coordinate closely with our technical design heads to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), build commercial bids, and present tailored design pitches.
  • Client Advisory: Meet with prospective clients to understand their spatial, aesthetic, and structural requirements, aligning them seamlessly with HAOarchitect’s diverse service portfolio.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor Dubai Municipality regulatory updates, regional master plans, and emerging real estate trends to uncover early-stage project developments.

What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Industry Experience: 6 to 8 years of solid business development or commercial sales experience strictly within an architectural consultancy, structural engineering firm, or high-end design-and-build practice.
  • Regional Track Record: Minimum 4 years of active experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate and construction market, with a deep understanding of local bidding and procurement processes.
  • Active Network: A verifiable, existing network of commercial real estate developers, PMCs, and corporate clients in the UAE.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort conversing with clients about architectural design, structural concepts, and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and written English communication skills.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle are mandatory for routine client meetings and site visits.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • A formal background or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the commercial dynamics of high-rise developments or luxury institutional projects.
