Business Development Executive – Advertising / Interior / Fit – out and Joinery Jobs in Dubai at VAAO Advertising
We are an 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City.
We are looking from
2 years of experience of sales in Events & Exhibitions / Large Format Printing / Advertising / Interior / Joinery / Signages
**Filter and qualify leads** from various sources (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), ensuring they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
**Engage in initial outreach** to assess the prospect’s needs and readiness to buy.
**Categorize leads** based on their potential and sales stage, handing off the most qualified leads to Sales Executives.
**Gather information** to build a profile of the lead, improving sales team insights.
Ensure **seamless alignment** between marketing, sales, and CRM platforms.
**Set up, monitor, and optimize** the lead flow from marketing to sales.
**Generate and analyze reports** on lead quality, sales performance, and funnel efficiency.
Work on **automating sales processes**, reducing manual work, and increasing efficiency.
**Track customer journey data** and optimize the process from lead generation to conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our services.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Client Interaction:
Answer incoming calls from potential clients and provide detailed information about processes.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for clients to meet
Confirm and remind clients of their appointment dates and times.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Update client information and status regularly.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by generating leads and setting appointments.
Provide feedback on call scripts and client responses to improve sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Follow up with clients after consultations to ensure their satisfaction and address any further questions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and achieve company goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
