We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client partnerships, and driving sustained sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and implement effective strategies to discover and secure new business avenues.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with both prospective and current clients.
Proactively pursue new sales leads and forge partnerships that boost brand visibility.
Analyze market dynamics, client needs, and financial factors to assess promising opportunities.
Develop winning negotiation tactics to close deals aligned with our strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand their requirements and recommend customized solutions.
Oversee contract processes while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Take initiative on innovative business development projects to help fuel company growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably with a strong performance record.
Prior exposure to HR-related solutions, systems, training & education, or staffing/recruiting is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
Self-starter with the drive and independence to expand business in a competitive environment.
