Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our B2B client base, engaging procurement managers, project directors, and decision-makers on tenders and corporate accounts. You’ll identify new business opportunities, pitch our capabilities, and convert leads into signed projects.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and pursue new B2B leads through networking, cold outreach, and client visits
- Meet clients face-to-face, present ARC 3D’s capabilities, and close deals
- Manage vendor registration processes and navigate procurement/SAP portals for tenders and corporate accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Represent ARC 3D at industry exhibitions and networking events
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B / outdoor sales or business development experience, UAE market required
- Comfortable with vendor registration and SAP or similar procurement portal processes
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Selfmotivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Exposure to 3D printing, prototyping, architectural models, defence, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Salary & Benefits
AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience) + uncapped commission + performance bonus
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
