We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales activities and help businesses find suitable workspace solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for serviced offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual office solutions.
- Contact prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable workspace options.
- Conduct client meetings, office tours, and product presentations.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through follow-up, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support customer retention and business growth.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents accurately.
- Maintain client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
- Monitor market activities and identify potential opportunities for business development.
- Support sales reporting and data management using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and proactive approach to client engagement.
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple client interactions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or business development is an advantage.
- Candidates with limited professional experience who demonstrate strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
