Business Development Executive (Female) – Russian / Chinese / Arabic Speaker

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across our business sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
- Female
- Must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), or Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
