Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Software Products (Travel Domain)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our sales team and drive the growth of our innovative software solutions tailored for the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software sales and the travel domain, with a passion for building customer relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, target, and engage potential clients within the travel industry (travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hospitality, etc.) to promote and sell our software products.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits, tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and market research.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand the latest software updates and market trends.
  • Prepare sales quotations, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for product improvement and service enhancement.
  • Travel frequently within assigned territories to meet clients and prospects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in software sales or within the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of travel industry operations and software solutions such as booking engines, CRM, ERP, or travel management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively as per job requirements.
