Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding and creative services.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand branding, marketing, and creative requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial presentations aligned with client needs.
- Convert qualified leads into closed deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with clients and decision‑makers.
- Drive client retention, repeat business, and upselling of additional services.
- Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth client onboarding and handover.
- Track sales pipeline, follow‑ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the creative and branding space.
- Share regular sales updates and market insights with management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG/advertising/printing/insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
- Languages:
Hindi and English proficiency.
