Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, referrals, and networking.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations

  • Present IT products and services to potential clients.
  • Explain technical features in a simple and business-oriented manner.
  • Arrange online or in-person product demonstrations.

4. Business Development

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
  • Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

5. Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with technical and management teams to develop client-specific solutions.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals.

6. Negotiation & Closing Sales

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Address client objections and concerns professionally.
  • Convert leads into successful business deals.

7. Account Management

  • Manage key client accounts and ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Coordinate with project delivery and support teams.
  • Handle contract renewals and upselling opportunities.

8. Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Develop action plans to achieve business objectives.

9. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Analyse competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
  • Provide market insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in sales is required
  • Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
