We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (typically 2-5 years).
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
