Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team in Dubai. As part of a boutique real estate developer, you will play a key role in shaping innovative and high-end architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on exclusive, design-driven projects that emphasize quality, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead architectural design development from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project vision and business objectives.
· Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations to clients and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure project feasibility and seamless execution.
· Ensure compliance with Dubai’s building codes, local regulations, and industry best practices.
· Conduct site visits and provide technical design support during the construction phase to maintain design integrity.
· Research and integrate cutting-edge materials, sustainable design practices, and new architectural trends to enhance project quality.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
· Contribute to master planning, urban design considerations, and overall project conceptualization.
Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
· Experience: 3–5 years in architectural design, project management, and construction coordination, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
· Industry Background: Experience working with real estate developers, design studios, or high-end boutique firms is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
· AutoCAD (essential for drafting and detailing)
· Revit (mandatory) (for BIM modeling and coordination)
· SketchUp (for conceptual modeling)
· Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape (for high-quality rendering and visualization)
· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for presentations)
· Microsoft Office Suite (for reports and documentation)
· Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge with a keen eye for aesthetics.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
