Position Summary
We are seeking adynamicandresults-drivenBusiness Development Executive to join our company Ramfoam Containers Manufacturing LLC. The Business Development Executive will drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellentcommunication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and close new business deals.
As a Business Development Executive, he/she will play a pivotal role in spearheading our growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunitiesthrough networking, cold calling, and market research.
Examine industry trends, competitor behaviours, and customer requirementsto uncover new opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Contract Negotiation & Closing
:
Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure profitable business deals.
Networking & Industry Engagement
:
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key potential clients.
Sales Reporting
:
Monitorsales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights forstrategic decision-making.
Customer Satisfaction
:
Ensurecustomer satisfactionby addressing concerns and providing post-sales support.

Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
5-7 years in business development, industrial sales, or defense contracting, preferably in foam manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of foam applications in defense, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
