BlueTerra is a growing travel and experiences company seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to help build our corporate travel and events division. This is a hands-on role focused on winning new business, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships.
  • Arrange client meetings and present BlueTerra’s travel and event solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Build relationships with HR, procurement, administration, and management teams.
  • Develop opportunities for corporate travel, incentive trips, retreats, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Represent BlueTerra at networking events and industry gatherings.
  • Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, travel, hospitality, events, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • UAE driving licence is an advantage.
