Business Development Consultant (Home Furnishings) Jobs in Dubai at Beacon Consulting
We are a growing interior design company based in Dubai offering premium in-home furniture consultation services to high-end clients. We are looking for our first business development hire — someone hungry, personable, and ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit clients at their homes/offices to present customized furniture and interior design solutions
- Build and manage your own client pipeline through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Guide clients through product selections including furniture, flooring, lighting, and décor
- Prepare and present design proposals and quotes
- Follow up to close sales and ensure a smooth client experience
- As the business grows, help build and lead a small team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, business development, or interior design (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Coachable with a desire to grow into a leadership role
- Arabic or English fluency required; both is a plus
- UAE driving license preferred
