📣 Role: Business Development Consultant
📍 Location: Dubai | Full-Time | Hybrid
💰 Compensation: Salary + Commission (upto 8K AED based on qualification)

At BoredroomX, we specialize in something powerful and deeply niche — Team Building. We help organizations build stronger, more connected teams. And we need someone who's hungry to learn how to carry that message to the world.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing:
▸ Consulting with clients to understand their team building needs and recommending tailored solutions
▸ Crafting proposals and following up consistently
▸ Managing client meetings — virtual, over a call, or in-person when needed
▸ Keeping our CRM organized and up to date
▸ Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
▸ Working towards set sales targets (targets kick in only after your first month of training)
✅ What We Need From You:
▸ 1–2 years of experience — fresh energy is welcome here
▸ Well-spoken and confident in conversations
▸ Fluent in English — Arabic is a big plus
▸ Eager to learn and open to being coached
▸ Organized, reliable, and self-driven
▸ Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
▸ Your own valid visa — we do not offer visa sponsorship
▸ Your own laptop and a stable internet connection
▸ Don't worry about the calls — we've got you covered with a company SIM
🎓 What We'll Train You On:
You'll be trained personally by our Co-Founders on everything you need to hit the ground running:
▸ Our internal process flow from day one
▸ Clientconsultation tips, tricks, and best practices
▸ A deepunderstanding of Team Building as an industry
▸ How tonavigate real situations using case studies and on-the-job training
