The Perfect Choice is a manpower solutions company in the UAE, successfully supplying skilled professionals from the Philippines, Nepal, India, and Myanmar. We are now looking to aggressively expand our client base and grow our footprint in the UAE market.
Who we're looking for:
A go-getter, someone who lives and breathes sales in the manpower industry. If you have 2–3 years of experience in manpower/recruitment sales in the UAE and love closing deals, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
· Identify, approach, and secure new clients across industries requiring manpower solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
· Drive business growth through proactive outreach, pitches, and negotiations.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activity.
· Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reports to management.
· Work closely with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
· Work closely with the admin and PRO team to manage client onboarding requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (mandatory)
· 2–3 years of proven manpower/recruitment sales experience in the UAE (mandatory)
· Proactive, fearless, and result-driven
· Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
