A leading design and manufacturer of blast-resistant modular buildings, who provides engineered modular building solutions for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Utilities, Mining, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors worldwide, is looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager – APAC, with the preferred location being Malaysia.
An experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and delivering sustainable sales growth across all Company product lines. The role will target major Owner/Operators (OAM), EPC contractors, engineering consultants and industrial end users across the APAC region. The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract award and customer handover, working closely with engineering, estimating, operations and project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the regional sales and business development strategy for APAC.
• Generate new business opportunities across all company product lines.
• Develop relationships with major Owner/Operators (OAM), EPC contractors, engineering consultants and industrial clients.
• Target large capital projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy and Utilities sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract award.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key customers.
• Conduct regional market intelligence, monitoring upcoming projects, competitors and industry trends.
• Drive prequalification with key Owner/Operators, EPC contractors and consultants.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and customer records using Zoho CRM.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and management reports.
• Represent Company at industry events across APAC.
