We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across our
sectors by identifying market opportunities, developing new business initiatives, and expanding
our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities within construction, infrastructure, and
building services sectors
- Develop new business lines, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Work closely with product managers to introduce new products and solutions
aligned with market demand
- Support regional managers in translating field opportunities into scalable
business initiatives
- Conduct market studies and feasibility analysis for new products and sectors
- Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and technology
providers
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful market launch
and positioning of new solutions
- Track performance of new initiatives and provide strategic reports to senior
management
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years experience in business development, product management, or strategic
growth roles
- Experience in construction materials, building solutions, infrastructure products, or industrial distribution sector
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 – ﷼15,000.00 per hour
