Business Development Manager & Crane Operator
Success First Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager & Crane Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new clients in the construction, infrastructure, industrial, oil & gas, and heavy lifting sectors.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Identify new projects and secure crane rental and heavy lifting contracts.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until contracts are awarded.
- Understand project lifting requirements and recommend the appropriate crane and equipment.
- Operate mobile cranes safely and professionally when required and according to valid certifications.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Conduct customer and project-site visits across Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Proven experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction business development.
- Practical experience operating mobile cranes is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and industrial market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into contracts.
- Valid crane operator certifications and relevant licenses.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Willingness to travel and visit project sites.
