Responsibilities :
Contributing to the preparation and updating of the business continuity management framework.
Contribute to the preparation and revision of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) pertaining to business interruptions, while also continuously evaluating the risks associated with threats to business continuity.
Provide support to departments in comprehending their respective obligations and responsibilities as they pertain to the implementation of the business continuity framework.
Contribute to the preparation of business impact analysis reports and threat risk assessment related to business continuity.
Contribute to the review, standardization and calibration of the results of the business impact analysis and threat risk assessment related to business continuity.
Assist in the development and revision of business continuity strategies.
Assist in the development and revision of plans for business continuity management.
Contribute to conducting exercises and tests to verify the effectiveness of plans and improve training and awareness of employees concerned with the plans.
Contribute to conducting single point of failure, strengths and improvement assessments as well as following up on corrective and preventive actions for identified weaknesses.
Contribute to conducting strengths, weaknesses and improvement assessments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions for identified weaknesses.
Contribute to conducting a root cause analysis of recurring incidents to coordinate with the relevant units in order to address the root causes to enhance the company’s business.
Contribute to increase the organization’s understanding of business continuity management.
Contribute to providing the necessary support to the company’s departments to ensure the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Emergency Management, or a related field.
Professional BCM certification preferred (e.g. CBCP, MBCP, AMBCI).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business continuity management or related field.
Good knowledge of BCM framework.
Ability to analyze bossiness lines and activities other distrusted matters.
Capability of making sound business decisions and quickly understanding new information and situations.
