Location:

Contract:
6-month initial contract with extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and maintain BCM frameworks, policies, plans, and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and present BCM policies, procedures, and executive-level presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Threat & Risk Assessments across business functions.
- Establish and maintain BCM governance frameworks, reporting, and assurance mechanisms.
- Develop and support business continuity plans, crisis management, and incident response plans.
- Plan and deliver BCM testing and exercising programs, including scenario-based simulations.
- Lead training and awareness sessions to embed BCM culture across the organization.
- Provide advisory support to stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level BCM programs in a senior consultant or managerial capacity.
- Strong hands on experience in BIA, risk assessments, BCM planning, and governance.
- Experience developing BCM documentation, frameworks, and executive communications.
- In depth knowledge of ISO 22301 and recognized BCM standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with GSNRC and the National Risk Council Index is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Language requirement: fluent Arabic speaker – essential.
