Job Title: MEP Draftsman (HVAC Focus)
Salary: 1800 – 2000 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman (HVAC Focus) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed HVAC system drawings using AutoCAD and coordinating with engineers to ensure accurate designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D and 3D HVAC system drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop duct layouts, piping, and air conditioning system schematics.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and engineer feedback.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits when required to verify design feasibility.
Assist in BOQ preparation and material specifications for HVAC components.
Work closely with other MEP disciplines (Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting) to avoid clashes.
Maintain organized documentation of all design versions and changes.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with HVAC system drafting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP drafting, specifically HVAC.
Strong understanding of ducting, ventilation, and cooling load calculations.
Knowledge of MEP coordination and ability to work with other disciplines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to start immediately.
