The Grand-Flora Group is looking for an exceptional Business Assistant to support the Chairman in managing daily business operations and executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external business partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Follow up on projects and ensure timely execution.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Business Assistant to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (spoken and written).
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Confident, energetic, and proactive personality.
Well-groomed with a polished professional appearance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced executive environment.
