1、 Role Summary
As a core Business Architect for a government digital transformation project, you will be basedon-site for the long term, interfacing directly with the client's senior management and businessdepartments. You will gain a deep understanding of the decision-making habits and communication culture of local clients in Saudi Arabia. With a solid grasp of data products, youwill be responsible for abstracting complex requirements into feasible Al Agent and data productsolutions and integrating data capabilities into the overall business architecture design. Thisrole demands strong requirements management and meeting facilitation skills to quickly clarifyboundaries and scope in scenarios involving requirement changes and disagreements.Furthermore, you will excel at coordinating among the client's business/IT teams, externalpartners (ISVs), and our internal product and R&D teams to jointly drive the design,implementation, and continuous optimization of use cases, ensuring project value is deliveredon schedule.

3. Professional Competencies
- Business Architecture Methodology: Proficient in mainstream architecture frameworks andmodeling languages such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, and BPMN2.0; capable of independentlydelivering a full set of business architecture artifacts.
- Requirements Analysis: Expertise in structured requirements analysis methods, with theability to distill precise business needs from ambiguous client descriptions.
- Al & Agent Proficiency: Deep understanding of current Large Language Model (LLM)capabilities and mainstream Agent application scenarios.
- Data Product Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of Big Data Ecosystem (DataWarehouse, Data Lake, Spark, Hadoop), BI Visualization, and digital marketing tools
- Documentation Skills: Capable of independently writing high-quality English deliverables,including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), business architecture designs, andprocess flow documents.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using modeling tools such as Visio, Draw.io, LucidChart, or
- PlantUML, as well as project collaboration tools like PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira.
