Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst/System Analyst for a project that focuses on digital transformation and the modernization of healthcare systems providing therapeutic and diagnostic services.
We are not looking for a task executor, but rather a true expert capable of leading the project from start to finish. Therefore, for the candidate at the senior level, we are open to discussing individual financial terms. The remuneration for this role ranges between $8,000 – $10,000+, depending on your skills and depth of experience.
Work Type:
Remote work is required, with the necessity to attend in Jeddah to complete the introductory and initial training period lasting between 3 to 4 weeks. The role may later require some business trips to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The project focuses on the digital transformation and modernization of a healthcare service provider that offers therapeutic and diagnostic services to residents of a major urban area and the surrounding regions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and discuss the delivery methodology and work plan for the initial phase of the project.
- Identify the main responsible parties and define the governance structure for the project, including a RACI matrix, communication strategy, reporting cadence, and decision-making tools.
- Review and ensure the project scope, priorities, assumptions, and expectations, and work to improve them as needed.
- Implement workshops for the preparatory phase (Phase 0), including: initial gathering, verifying the scope of work, requirements gathering, drawing up the dependencies map, reviewing systems, and reviewing non-functional requirements (NFR), and estimating criteria, and reviewing completeness, and planning for execution, and closing the phase.
- Document systems that require integration with each other.
- Prepare documentation and outputs for the preparatory phase (Phase 0) and document its results.
- Prepare a Requirements Management Plan.
- Prepare the documentation for the first phase (Phase 1 CP Document).
