Business Analyst , Retail Business Services
Job  | Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC
Build scalable products/solutions which will result in defect reduction leading to customer contacts & returns and enhance the customer experience in Amazon.
Analyze data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions.
Use SQL and Tableau/Quick Sight to generate insights, analyze opportunities, identify patterns and implement proactive solutions.
Identify root causes for returns, customer contacts & work with WW Subject Matter experts and Tech teams to work on implementing Corrective-Preventive Action and identify opportunities for Automation.
Excellent Internal/External Stakeholder Management.

We strive to offer seamless listing experience for our selling partners and a largest & best available selection with right product information for our customers. We ensure best buying and post buying experience to the customer by providing complete and correct information in the detail page.
To accelerate and excel in our execution, we want to leverage scalable tech solutions and expand our programs globally.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience.
3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Experience with SQL.
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience.
Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identify and solve business issues.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field.
Experience working with AWS Service.
Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders andsenior managementas required.
Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
