Note: Prior experience in healthcare domain projects is mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management, along with a solid understanding of healthcare workflows and systems within the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform user story mapping and backlog management in coordination with project teams
- Develop process models using BPMN and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support defect resolution
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Expertise in User Story Mapping and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Process Modeling (BPMN)
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Mandatory experience working in the GCC region
