We are looking for a highly skilled and bilingual (Arabic & English) Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience, preferably in the banking sector, to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and documentation skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders
Map current and future state business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct detailed gap analysis and propose actionable recommendations
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively
Support the development and implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
Prepare functional specifications, business cases, and impact analysis reports
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with subject matter experts
Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
Track project milestones, issues, and risks related to business analysis activities
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in banking
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
7–10 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years in the banking sector
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, BPM tools, and requirement documentation standards
Familiarity with core banking systems and digital banking initiatives is a plus
Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is preferred
