JOB PURPOSE
The Business Analyst will support the Head Office PMO and COO function by improving workflows and working processes, monitoring productivity and project performance, and preparing clear, actionable reporting for management. This is a high-potential role for a candidate who is analytical, proactive, and eager to grow with the company, with strong exposure across projects and Head Office functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and improve workflows and working processes across Head Office and project functions.
• Monitor productivity and project performance, flagging deviations and supporting corrective action.
• Prepare simple KPIs, dashboards, and management reports for the PMO and COO function.
• Coordinate information between projects and Head Office to ensure consistent, accurate reporting.
• Support the digital systems and information-management consultant on data structure and reporting tools.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending practical improvements to project controls and reporting.
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple project sites to support management decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from the COO and senior management.
