Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst – Service Monetization to support our client’s ongoing initiatives in Jeddah. The engagement is initially for 3 months, with a possibility of extension based on project needs. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving service innovation, enhancement, and monetization strategies to ensure competitiveness and relevance across sectors.
Scope of Work Required:
The Business Analyst will be tasked with:
Documenting and analyzing existing service processes and user requirements.
Designing a monetization model that enables the offering of services in a premium format without compromising quality or user experience.
Conducting evaluations of existing services to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyzing industry trends to upgrade or expand service offerings in line with market expectations.
Introducing new ideas, technologies, or methodologies to modernize current services and elevate their quality.
Developing strategies to scale services to new customer segments and sectors, enabling growth and broader market reach.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in business analysis, service development, or process improvement, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to document service processes, assess user requirements, and propose actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement monetization models while ensuring service quality and user satisfaction.
Experience in expanding services into new sectors or customer segments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
