Business Analyst – Finance Department
Roche Pharma Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the strategic engine for data‑driven decision‑making within our Finance department, bridging the gap between complex data and strategic execution by blending internal metrics with external market intelligence and leading advanced market research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Blend internal data (Sales, CRM) with external market intelligence (epidemiological, macroeconomic) to create interactive dashboards and strategic recommendations.
- Establish a proactive framework to monitor industry shifts and deliver high‑impact competitor briefings to disease area teams.
- Design and coordinate primary and secondary research projects, manage external vendors, and optimize secondary market data structures (e.g., IMS).
- Partner with therapeutic business units and Finance to inject robust, data‑backed assumptions into forecasting, launch planning, and business cycles.
- Ensure all data, insight generation, and research practices strictly adhere to Saudi compliance regulations and Roche global policies.
What We Are Looking For Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA/Master’s is a plus).
Experience
- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Market Research Specialist, ideally within the Saudi Arabian pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Languages
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).
- Hands‑on experience with qualitative/quantitative market research.
- Experience using generative AI tools for data synthesis.
