Job Description:
Business Analyst Channel
Key Result Area:
This role will be part of the central Cash Management product team in UAE. Products covered by the role include OBDX Portal, Mobile App, H2H, API, and managing the Scrum agile board.
Key Responsibilities:
Support product development.
Work closely with the PMO wing while leading the Product Agile Squad.
Content writing.
UAT support.
Test case preparation.
Writing business requirements documents (BRD).
Create Product Manuals / FAQs.
Coordinate with Ops / Tech / Business.
Support vendor and stakeholder management.
Data Analytics.
Tech Support UI/UX.
Data migration testing / validation.
Experience:
10+ years in Banking Digital Products and Payments.
