Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between the Finance department, business users, and the IT ERP team. This role is essential in managing the ERP environment and supporting system enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between Finance and IT teams to align ERP solutions with business needs.
Gather business requirements, document processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
Manage and prioritize business requests through established governance frameworks.
Evaluate requests based on business impact and urgency while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Lead ERP system enhancement and migration projects, ensuring business continuity.
Oversee change management initiatives, including user training programs.
Analyze financial processes and workflows to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop a structured approach for request intake, evaluation, and prioritization.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Native/Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
Strong experience in ERP systems implementation and support.
Expertise in business request prioritization and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle ERP.
Background in Finance or Banking sector.
Experience in system migration projects.
Certification in relevant ERP platforms.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes.
Experience in requirements gathering and business process automation.
Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and project management.
