Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to attract investors in international stock market from the provided leads or databases.
Introduce our products/services to prospects and effectively communicate their benefits and features.
Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships to foster repeat business.
Listen to customer needs, address any concerns or objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating new leads and improving sales processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales on attracting international stock market only.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Urdu, Hindi and Malayalam
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
