Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dubai. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and managing and nurturing client relationships. The role will also focus on building strategic partnerships, supporting account management, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to business growth and expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking to drive revenue and achieve company objectives.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain strong client partnerships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the legal services industry or professional services is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have 2 years of experience with the UAE based General Trading, Consturction, Travel and Event Management companies as a Buisness Developer.
