Job Summary
Al Marwan Developments is looking for a responsible and vigilant Building Watchman to maintain the safety, security, and monitoring of residential/commercial building premises.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the building premises, parking areas, and surrounding locations

Monitor and control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles

Ensure gates, doors, and common areas are secure at all times

Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity

Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or tenant complaints
-
Maintain daily records and logbooks of activities and observations
-
Coordinate with maintenance and management teams when required

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness around the security area

Skills & Qualifications

Nationality:
Indian / Nepali & Others -
Education:
Intermediate or equivalent

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Building Watchman

Basic communication skills in English

Physically fit, alert, and disciplined

Ability to work flexible shifts, including emergencies and weekends
