Building Surveyor Jobs in Sharjah at Asad farooq Building Contracting LLC
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of buildings and construction sites.
- Assess structural conditions and identify defects or potential risks.
- Prepare accurate survey reports, technical assessments, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor construction quality and verify that work meets approved standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Assist in planning maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
- Measure and verify completed work for quality and compliance.
- Investigate building defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records and submit timely reports.
- Support project handovers by ensuring all quality and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in building surveying or construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise construction is preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience is must.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
